[Skybox] Procedural skybox shader does not take directional light's intensity into account
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity 3D project
2. Make sure the 'Skybox' is set to 'Default-Skybox' under the Lighting window
3. Add directional light to the scene (if not added automatically)
4. Add some game object (cube, sphere, etc)
5. Set the 'Intensity' of directional light to 0
6. Disable the directional light in the inspector window or delete it in hierarchy
Expected result: Scene should be rendered the same when 'Intensity' is 0 and when directional light is completely disabled.
Actual result: Scene is rendered differently.

Workaround: Change the Skybox to another (not the default one)
