Skybox appears as an outline around GameObject with heightmap and Quad mesh when Depth Priming Mode is set to "Forced" or "Auto"
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Click on “/Assets/Settings/PC_Renderer.asset“
4. In Inspector, set Depth Priming Mode to “Forced” or “Auto”
5. Observe the Game view
Expected result: Skybox is drawn, and no outline is present
Actual result: Outline is present around the building
Reproducible with: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b13, 6000.2.0a8

Play Mode
Windows Standalone Player
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Only reproducible when Depth Priming Mode is set to “Forced” or “Auto”
- Does not reproduce after removing heightmap
