[Simulator] Horizontal scrollbar is missing for 'Control Panel' in the Simulator window
On minimising the width of 'Control Panel' window, Some setting properties are getting clipped and also causing some attributes to get overlap. Refer attached video and screenshot.
Step to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Game View > Switch Game To Simulator
3. Select any Device > Control Panel > Expand Application Settings
4. Decrease the width of the Control Panel window.
Actual Result:
Horizontal scrollbar is missing for 'Control Panel' in the Simulator window.
Expected Result:
The horizontal scrollbar should present for 'Control Panel' in the Simulator window.
