CRASH: DX9 Simulation in Editor causes Editor to crash when entering play mode when Editor is forced with DX9
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity with -force-d3d9 argument
2. Create a new Unity project
3. Open build settings and switch to WSA UWP 10 and enable Virtual Reality supported in Player settings
4. Open Holographic Emulation Window
5. Choose 'Simulate in Editor' Emulation Mode
6. Enter Play mode
Result: Editor crashes (callstack attached)
Reproducible with: 5.5.2p1, 5.6.0b11
