SimpleController in Input System Simple Demo has mouse sensitivity that scales with framerate
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "InputTest"
2. Open \\InputTest\\Assets\\Samples\\Input System\\1.4.1\\Simple Demo\\SimpleController_UsingActionAsset.cs" script
3. Find and inspect "Look" method
Expected result: The "Look" method has a comment that explains why Time.deltaTime is used and when it should be used
Actual result: The "Look" method has no comment
Reproducible with: 1.1.1 (2022.1.0a14), 1.3.0 (2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.9f1, 2022.2.0b1, 2023.1.0a3), 1.4.1 (2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.9f1, 2022.2.0b1, 2023.1.0a3)
