[Shuriken] Tessellation materials cause trails to disappear
Repro steps:
1. Import the attached package in an HDRP-enabled project.
2. Open the ShurikenTessellation scene
3. Observe no trails are visible
4. Change the Tessellation material to a regular HDRP lit material
5. Observe the trails now show properly.
Expected outcome:
- The trails to not disappear
