[Shortcuts] Uneven profile drop-down menu behavior
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project
- Go to menu "Unity" -> "Shortcuts"
- Verify, that the "Shortcuts" window opens
- In the profile drop-down menu select "Create new profile"
- Create one with a normal title
- In the profile drop-down menu one more time select "Create new profile"
- Create one with a really long title
- Add/create fe additional profiles to the list
- Try scrolling when the dropdown is expanded
Expected Result: Stable dropdown presentation, not jumping between it in different widths.
Actual Result: Dropdown UI is rendered with very large benches. Added video in the "Attachments" section.
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a21 (FAV), 2023.2.0b9, 2023.3.0a5.
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.11f1, 2023.2.0a20.
