Shortcut Ctrl + D does not duplicate the object when ProGrids window is enabled and object is selected in the Scene tab
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's 'MoveDuplicationBugRepro.zip' project
2. Enable ProGrids window. Go to Tools -> ProGrids -> ProGrids Window
3. Create a Cube in the Scene
4. Click on the Cube in the Scene tab and press Ctlr + D
Expected result: Shortcut duplicates the object
Actual result: Shortcut does not duplicate the object when it is selected in the Scene tab and ProGrids is enabled
Reproducible: 2018.3.0a6, 2018.3.0b12, 2019.1.0a10
Not reproducible: 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.17f1
Notes:
- By pressing D key, "Toggles snapping" button is enabled and disabled
