Shadows start flickering when using SRP Batcher
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "UnityProject.zip" project
2. Enter Play mode and switch to the Scene view window
3. Zoom in on the shadows
Expected result: Shadows don't start flickering
Actual result: Shadows start flickering
Reproducible with: 2019.4.18f1 (URP 7.3.1), 2020.2.2f1 (URP 10.2.2), 2021.1.0b3 (URP 10.2.2), 2021.2.0a2 (URP 10.2.2)
Could not test with: 2018.4 (Project breaks after downgrading)
