[Shadows] Memory leak when rendering shadow casters
To Reproduce:
1. Play scene 'Hotel_Plaza' in Editor (sorry for the broken meshes).
2. Open the profiler, and observe the value in GfxDriver ememory usage, observe that it is rising very fast (~1GB per minute).
3. Disable the light in 'Hotel_Plaze/Weather/Weather_Plaze/Sun' or just change it from direction to anything else.
4. Observe that GfxDriver memory usage stops growing.
Tested/Reproduced on OSX Editor/Standalone and iOS Metal/Gles2
