Shadows casted by the environment with dual light mapping enabled does not effect shaders with fullforwardshadows enabled

1 Open project
2 Open the "Dual Lightmapping Bug" scene. The project should be set to forward rendering, and the included shader should have the "fullforwardshadows" and "dualforward" surface shader directives. The expected result is forward rendered shadows and dual light maps on static geometry. The result is no shadows are rendered on static geometry.
