Shadows are not calculated correctly in WebGL Build when using a custom HLSL Shader
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ShadowRecieverBug.zip"
2. Build And Run the project
Expected results: The purple ball receives the shadow from the blue capsule
Actual results: The purple ball no longer recieves the shadow and instead turns dark
Reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.30f1), 10.6.0 (2020.3.19f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.22f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a9)

Resolution Note:
Shader had some errors in it causing the shadow artifacts.
