Shadow is not being rendered after updating shadow map
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "raytracebbd.zip"
2. Open "lightTest" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press Spacebar to update the shadow map
Expected result: Shadow is still visible
Actual result: There is no shadow anymore
Reproducible with - 2020.1.17f1
Not reproducible with - 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0a10
Could not test (Editor errors) - 2018.4, 2019.4
