ShaderProperty "ProjectionParams.x" is being changed to "-1" when enabling "Post Processing" on the Overlay Camera in URP
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "My project.zip"
2. In the Hierarchy window select "Camera" GameObject
3. In the Inspector window turn on and off the "Post Processing" option
4. (Optional) Open the Frame Debugger > Enable > UniversalRenderPipeline.RenderSingleCamera: Camera > ScriptableRenderer.Execute: URP-HighFidelity-Rendere > DrawOpaqueObjects > RenderLoop.DrawSRPBatcher > SRP Batch. And observe the "ProjectionParams"
5. Observe the Game window
Expected result: ProjectionParams.x is "1" and the Quad's color at the top is red
Actual result: ProjectionParams.x is "-1" and the Quad's color at the top is green
Reproducible with: 12.1.3 (2021.2.8f1), 12.1.6 (2021.2.19f1, 2021.3.2f1), 12.0.0 (2022.1.0a10), 13.0.0 (2022.1.0a11, 2022.1.0a12)
Not reproducible with: 10.9.0 (2020.3.34f1), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a13), 13.1.1 (2022.1.0a16), 13.1.8 (2022.1.0f1), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a12)
Could not test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.38f1) (Pink texture), 12.1.2 (2021.2.7f1) (Package errors), 12.1.6 (2022.1.0a10) (Package errors)
