[ShaderGraph] Screen Position Node flips the image over the x-axis when its rendered by Overlay Camera
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1395620" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The left-rendered image by Overlay Camera and the right-rendered image by Base Camera match
Actual result: The left-rendered image is flipped over the x-axis
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a16), 12.1.4 (2021.2.9f1), 13.0.0 (2022.1.0a11)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.35f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.26f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a15), 13.0.0 (2022.1.0a12), 13.1.2 - 13.1.4 (2022.1.0b4, 2022.2.0a2)
