[Shadergraph] Properties can not be renamed
Reproduces in Master f99fb3bcdb
Does not reproduce in the SRP2Core version packaged with Version: 2021.2.0a13.1875
Repro steps:
1. Create a property in a shadergraph or subgraph
2. Double click it or right click -> choose "rename"
Expected result: you can rename the property
Actual result: you can't rename the property
Workaround: properties can be renamed through the Graph Inspector
