[ShaderGraph][macOS] Node dropdown does not open when it is clicked after right-clicking on the background
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "case_1311011.zip" project
2. In the Project window, open Test.shadergraph
3. In the Comparison Node, select the dropdown (do not close it)
4. Right-click on the background (do not close it)
5. Select the dropdown again
Expected result: Dropdown is opened
Actual result: Dropdown is not opened
Reproducible with: built-in UI Toolkit (2021.1.0a8, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0b5), UI Toolkit 1.0.0-preview.14 (2020.2.3f1)
Not reproducible with: built-in UI Toolkit (2019.4.17f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0a7)
Notes:
1. The issue is not reproducible if the context window was dismissed (Esc) before trying to open the dropdown
2. The issue disappears after dragging any input or output of the Node
3. Reproducible only on macOS
