[Stacks][Graphview] Graph input becomes non-functional after moving shadergraph tab and then reordering stack nodes
Only happens on 20.2. Does not happen on 20.1.
Repro steps:
1. Create a new universal lit shadergraph
2. Move the position of the shadergraph tab (reorder the tabs at the top or undock the tab)
3. Change a position of a stack node in the master stack (click and drag)
4. Try to move a node, connect an edge, or do anything in the shadergraph UI
Expected result: it works as expected
Actual result: every input becomes a selection input, can not move nodes, connect edges, or access the inspector or blackboard
