[ShaderGraph] Fields in the Graph Inspector do not update when they become interactable/not interactable
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Open the ShaderGraph Asset "SG_Texture2DMode" (Assets/SG_Texture2DMode/SG_Texture2DMode.shadergraph)
3. In the Blackboard, select the Property "Texture2D"
4. In the Graph Inspector Node Settings tab, enable the "Exposed" checkbox and save the asset
5. Inspect the "Mode" dropdown field
Expected result: The field is interactable
Actual result: The field is greyed out
Reproducible with: 9.0.0-preview.35 (2020.1.0b13), 10.8.1 (2020.3.30f1), 12.1.5 (2021.2.14f1), 13.1.6 (2022.1.0b10), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a7)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.36f1), 9.0.0-preview.14 (2020.1.0b13)
Note: Reselecting the "Texture2D" Property fixes this issue
