[Stacks] Changing targets in the internal inspector does not undo properly
Note: fix will need backport to 9.x.x
Repro steps:
1. Create a new Universal Unlit shadergraph
2. change the targets in the internal inspector from "Universal" to "Nothing"
3. Undo
Expected result: the dropdown menu goes back to its previous state as does the graph
Actual result: the graph settings goes back to its previous state but the dropdown menu (under "Targets) stays in its current state, not undoing properly
