[HLSLcc] Internal error communicating with compiler process when unused features are not skipped
Repro steps:
1) Open the project
2) Select VisualizeReceiver.shader
3) Compile it only on OpenGLCore and make sure it's not skipping unused shader_features
4) Notice the errors in console:
