Shader warning in 'TraceVirtualOffset' is thrown when creating a new 2D (URP) project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the Hub
2. Create a new project with a “URP 2D” template
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No warning is thrown
Actual result: Shader warning in 'TraceVirtualOffset' is thrown
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b2, 2023.3.0b3, 2023.3.0b9
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.6f1, 2023.3.0b1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Not reproducible after opening the project again
