Shader MatrixArray assigns an Identity Matrix only to the first element when it is supposed to do so on all of them
Reproduction steps:
- Open the attached project
- Open the “/Assets/Scenes/DEV_MeshManipulationTest.unity” Scene
- Observe the model in the Game view or the Scene View
Expected result: The controller doesn’t have any missing parts
Actual result: The grip and a joystick is missing on the controller
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a9, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b10, 2023.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.1.0a8
Reproducible on: M1 MacOS 12.4 (21F79)
Note: The issue is reproducible on both Intel and Apple Silicon Editors on M1 Mac

Resolution Note:
I saw two issues:
- The script that sets up the material property block is not setup to execute in Edit mode.
- The script doesn't have a mesh renderer assigned.
As soon as I fixed both, missing parts started rendering in the Editor.
