Shader loses Texture when switching to certain URP shaders
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Select "dust" under "psys_loop_dusty2psys_loop_dusty2" in the Hierarchy window
4. Change shader to Universal Render Pipeline/Particles/Unlit
Expected result: Base Map has the previous Texture
Actual result: Base Map has no Texture
Reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.33f1), 10.7.0 (2020.3.22f1), 12.1.1 (2021.2.2f1), 13.1.1 (2022.1.0a15)
Note: Switching to Universal Render Pipeline/Nature/SpeedTree8_PBRlit or Particles/Standard Unlit will retain the Texture

Resolution Note:
Currently the Material Converter in URP does not support all of Builtin Unity shaders, this includes all the Legacy Shaders. There is feature work planned to support all of the Unity shaders, but this is not a bug currently instead it is feature work.
