Shader internal error when Building for iOS or Android
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project and add Island.shader attach to a report
2. Create a new material, add shader to it
3. Add created material to a GameObject in a scene
4. In Build Settings select Platform to iOS or Android
5. Build
Expected result: Project builds without errors.
Actual result: Errors logged in the Console.
Reproduced in: 2019.2.7f2, 2019.2.8f1
