Shader Graph URP - Animation in the graph can peg a CPU core to 100%
Nodes that animate in the shader graph can cause CPU cores to run at high speeds. Hiding node previews windows doesn't seem to solve the issue. Coming out of the shader graph window seems to reduce CPU load. It seems to be caused by any node that will animate the shader. Time being a big culprit.
Steps to reproduce.
1. Open resource monitor on windows and select CPU
2. Open the attached project in Unity 2021.1.0a10/a9
3. Open the shader graph window
Notice issue >> a CPU core will peg to 100%.

We've investigated this, but have decided we 'won't fix' since we will address performance concerns like this in the future with the GTF migration.
