[Shader Graph] Graph Inspector windows moves with the cursor after a value is changed
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Window > Package Manager>Shader Graph> Import
3. Project > Shader > Create Blank shader graph
4. Double click on the shader to open it in the editor
5. Shader Graph> Graph Inspector> Precision> Half
6. Move the mouse
Expected Result: The cursor moves away from the Graph Inspector window
Observed Result: The Graph Inspector window moves along with the cursor
Reproducible In: 2021.1.0b9, 2021.1.0b7
Not Reproducible In: 2021.2.0a7, 2020.2.2f1
Reproducible with package version 11.0.0
Note: Shader graph package is not available in 2021.1.0b6 and previous versions
