[ShaderGraph] Editor crashes after saving changes made to shader while in game mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Enter play mode
3. Open "ground" shader and make changes
4. Click "save asset" button at the top left of the shader graph
- observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2018.20f1, 2019.1.0a13
Could not test with: 2017.x (no HDRP)
