Shader Graph context menus can be slightly scrolled when opened close to the bottom of the screen
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Project window, right-click -> Create -> Shader Graph -> Any Shader Graph
3. Resize the Shader Graph window so it is close to the bottom of the screen
4. Right-click anywhere and observe the results
Expected results: Contextual menu can't be scrolled
Actual results: Contextual menu can be slightly scrolled once
Reproducible with: 6000.1.0a1, 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b4, 6000.5.0a3
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.23f1, 6000.0.65f1
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
