Shader Graph changes the Position of Prefab instances in Play mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Shader Graph Bug.zip“ project
2. Open the “OpenWorld_Mobile_Demo” scene
3. Enter Play mode and observe the Tree GameObjects
Expected result: All Tree GameObjects sway in one Position
Actual result: Prefab Tree GameObjects change their Position while swaying
Reproducible with: 10.10.1 (2020.3.48f1), 12.1.10 (2021.3.26f1), 14.0.7 (2022.3.0f1), 15.0.5 (2023.1.0b19), 16.0.1 (2023.2.0a17)
Reproduced on: macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (Intel), Windows 11 (by the reporter)
Notes:
- Also reproducible in Player
- Couldn’t test with HDRP (Incompatible Shaders)

Resolution Note:
We have reviewed the issue carefully, and in this case, the team is unable to prioritize fixing this bug. There are a number of reasons we make this decision, including the impact and severity of the issue across our user and customer base, and the possibility that future plans may solve the problem in a different way, or that a workaround for the bug may be available.
