Shader errors are thrown after opening a VR, Mixed Reality and AR Mobile template projects
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new VR, Mixed Reality or AR Mobile template project
2. Observe the Console
Actual results: "Asset Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.universal/Runtime/RendererFeatures/SurfaceCacheGlobalIlluminationRendererFeature/SurfaceCacheCore/RestirCandidateTemporal.urtshader has no meta file, but it's in an immutable folder. The asset will be ignored." errors are thrown
Expected results: No errors or warnings are thrown
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a4, 6000.3.0b1
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.2.3f1, 6000.3.0a3
