Shader error is thrown when using Hybrid Instance in Shader Graph
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. In the Project view, go to Assets/Prefabs/ResourceBar
3. Double-click on ResourceBarShader.shadergraph to open the Shader Graph
Expected result: no Shader errors are thrown
Actual result: Shader error is thrown (undeclared identifier 'UNITY_ACCESS_HYBRID_INSTANCED_PROP')
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a8)
Could not test with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.21f1 (cannot resolve errors after downgrading the user's project)
