Shader.worldPosition interferes with drawing of the Shader when using DrawMeshInstanced
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Click on the "Use Matrix" button
5. Observe the Game View
Expected result: The yellow cubes are still visible
Actual result: The yellow cubes disappear
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0b6, 2022.1.0a4

The behavior that the User is experiencing is By Design, yet while calling so (incorrectly) they would not have gotten any useful errors. This fix implements an error for the Users to know what's going on
