Shader Compiler fails to generate Vulkan output when HLSL texture method CalculateLevelOfDetail is used
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and add the attached shader to it ("CalculateLOD.shader")
2. Select it in the Project Window
3. In its inspector select the "Compile and show code" dropdown and select Vulkan
4. Click "Compile and show code"
5. Observe the errors
Expected result: no errors after compiling the shader
Actual result: shader compiler fails to generate Vulkan output and errors are thrown
Reproducible in: 2021.2.0a5, 2021.1.0b5, 2020.2.3f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2018.4.31f1
