[Shader compiler] Branching in shader broken in GLCore or Metal
Steps:
1. Open user's RayTrails.zip project
2. Switch to OpenGLCore if you are using Windows
3. Observe the rendering of the object in scene view
4. Open the TrailShader.shader and look at line 55 and 56
5. Comment / uncomment these lines and observe scene view again
Expected : the object should look like a open-ended cylinder
Actual : the object looks like a rectangle
Reproducible in: 2019.1.0a3, 2018.3.0b4, 2018.2.8f1, 2017.4.11f1, 5.6.5p1
