Setting VideoPlayer.time and pausing results in incorrect player.frame values
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Press the "Play" button
4. Press the "Pause and Set Time" button
Expected outcome: "player.frame" and "Frame" values visible in the Game view match
Actual outcome: "player.frame" and "Frame" values visible in the Game view do not match
