Setting a RectTransforms parent in Awake, set it's scale to (0,0,0)
To Reproduce:
1. Import the unitypackage attached to the post.
2. Open scene 'PrefabInstantiateTest' & play.
3. Notice that Canvas/HighlightAssignedInCode/Highlight(Clone) scale is set to (0,0,0), even though the prefab scale is (1,1,1).
4. Open script 'HighlightTweener' & uncomment the yield in the IEnumerator.
5. Play, notice that if the parent is set in a frame after awake the scale is correct.
Regression introduced in 4.6.2p1.

I can confirm this issue is in Unity 4.6.3
