How to reproduce:
1. Open a new project
2. Fail to connect
Actual result: Failure to connect to Unity services
Expected result: Successful connection to Unity services
Reproducible with 6000.1.0b3, 6000.3.8f1, 6000.4.0b8, 6000.5.0a6
Not reproducible with: 6000.1.0b2
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
