[Services][Performance Reporting] Managed exceptions crash OSX standalone build when performance reporting enabled
To reproduce:
1. Open users attached project "PerformanceReportingBug.zip"
2. In the Services tab enable Performance Reporting
3. Build for MacOS standalone
4. Open the built project
Expected result: build is opened without issues
Actual result: build immediately crashes when opened
Reproduced on:
2018.1.0a1 2018.1.2f1 2018.2.0a6
Not reproduced on:
2017.1.4f1 2018.2.0b5 2018.3.0a1
Notes:
Reproduces on .NET 3.5 and .NET 4.x
Doesn't seem to reproduce on win10 machine
