SerializeReference crash when using a struct with a value type variable
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1182817.zip")
2. Select "TestRef" Game Object from Hierarchy window
3. Press Play
Expected result: Unity does not crash
Actual result: Unity crashes
Reproducible in: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.3.0b3, 2020.1.0a4
Could not test in: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.9f1, 2019.2.6f1, 2019.3.0a1 (SerializeReference not introduced)
