SerializedField is not updated in the Inspector when drop-down menu option is selected and using EditorGUI.EndChangeCheck
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "project-1166676.zip" project
2. Select Main Camera in Hierarchy window
3. Select "Two" in "Test Enum" drop-down menu in Inspector
Expected result: "Go" and "Face Target" fields are updated in the Inspector
Actual result: "Go" and "Face Target" fields are not updated in the Inspector
Reproducible with: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.3.0a8
