[Serialization] The value of a custom string field and custom field is mixed when it's printed in OnAfterSerialize callback
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("BugRepro.zip")
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Number 164 is printed to the console
Actual result: String "City" field value is printed to the console
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b15, 2020.1.16f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1, 2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0b14, 2021.1.0a8

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
Updating to newer versions fixes the issue because the asset is reimported automatically and the hash is 'fixed'.
Similarly, reimporting the asset updates the hash and fixes the problem.
