Selection Outline is not visible on the first child GameObject of another GameObject
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "1380804.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. In the Hierarchy window select "GameObject" GameObject and observe the Scene
Expected result: The Selection Outline of the first child GameObject is visible
Actual result: The Selection Outline of the first child GameObject is not visible
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a11, 2022.1.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.5f1, 2022.1.0a10
