Selecting UI Dropdown throws 'NullReferenceException' when Scene Reload is disabled
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1222714.zip")
2. Enter the Play mode and select the Dropdown in the Game View
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No error is thrown
Actual result: 'NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object' error is thrown
Reproducible in: 2019.3.0b9, 2019.3.5f1, 2020.1.0a26, 2020.1.0b1, 2020.2.0a2
Not reproducible in: 2019.3.0b8, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0a25, 2020.2.0a1
Couldn't test with 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.19f1 (Disabling Scene/Domain Reload not introduced)
