"Select Preset" window closes automatically after new preset creation
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project
- Add 2D/3D game object
- Go to the "Inspector" tab
- Select any component
- Click on the preset icon
- Verify, that the "Select Preset" window opens
- Find the "Create New XXXXX Preset ..." line
- Create a preset and observe the window
Actual Result: "Select Preset" window closes and the user can not see if the preset was created. He/she has to reopen the same window again if he/she wants to check the result.
Expected Result: The window should stay opened and the user should be able to see his newly created preset and create new if he needs to proceed.
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a6, 2023.1.0b9, 2022.2.12f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2020.3.46f1.

Curent featur ework as advertised: selecting something when in piker mode, closes the window. If we want creation of new data NOT to close the window, this is more of a feature request.
