“See What’s New” lacks scrollbar in docked window views
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a Unity project
- Click the "AI" button
- Click "Agree and install Unity AI"
- Wait until the installation is complete
- Click "AI" and select "See what's new"
- Click "Asset Generation"
- Dock it next to the "Game" view
- Resize so that not all the data would be visible
- Observe the UI
Actual results: Scrollbar is not displayed
Expected results: Scrollbar should be displayed
Reproducible with versions: 1.7.0-pre.1(6000.5.0a8)
Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.3
