Search Windows Edges become bugged when the Search Window is reopened as a small Window
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any Project
- Navigate to Window > Search > New Window
- Enable the Search Window's Inspector and Saved Searches Panel
- Resize the Search Window to make it smaller
- Close it and open the Window again
Actual results: Edges are in the wrong place, dragging them produces artifacts
Expected results: No artifacts are present and edges can be dragged as expected
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.32f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.6f1
Tested on (OS): Windows 10, 11
Notes: Pre-UITK Search window still has some sort of artifacting, so does the UITK version (2023.1+)
