Search window UI elements overlap when resized and when viewing saved reports “all_assets”
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Open Search window
3. Resize it to become smaller
4. Toggle Saves Searches Panel
5. In “Searches” section open Buildints > reports and select “all_assets”report
6. Observe Search field tags, “Save” icon and information “i” icon

Actual results: UI elements (icons, tags) overlap each other in Search window
Expected results: UI elements (icons, tags) don’t overlap each other in Search window

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.2f1, 6000.4.0b1, 6000.5.0a3
Can’t test with versions: 6000.2.15f1 and lower (No Builtin Searches)
