Search field overlaps when minimising docked Search window
Steps to reproduce:
- Create new Unity project
- Open Search window (Window > Search > New Window)
- Dock Search window next to Hierarchy tab or Inspector tab
- Minimise the window and observe search field in Search window
Actual results: search field is overlapping when Search window is minimised
Expected results: search field is not overlapping when Search window is minimised
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.2f1, 6000.2.0a10
Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro, 2021, Sequoia 15.3.2 (Apple M1 Max)

Resolution Note:
When collapsing the tool that much the whole tool is unusable. We have confidence in user to make the tool a proper size.
Sorry but we do not have enough bandwidth and it isn't worth fixing this issue.
