Seams are visible when creating Terrain using Import Heightmap
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "Bug Report Island.zip"
2. Open Terrain Toolbox window from Window > Terrain > Terrain Toolbox
3. In the General settings area, set "Tiles X Axis" and "Tiles Z Axis" to 4
4. Tick the "Import Heightmap" checkbox
5. Set "Heightmap Mode" to Batch and "Flip Axis" to Vertical
6. In the "Select Heightmap Folder" field, select "Assets/Heightmap Tiles/"
7. Create Terrain
8. Observe lines between tiles in Scene View
Expected result: There aren't lines between tiles
Actual result: There are lines between tiles
Reproducible with: 3.0.2-preview.3 (2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.28f1), 4.0.3 (2021.2.2f1, 2022.1.0a15)
